P1200B blackbody furnace

P1200B blackbody furnace

Model:P1200B
Brand:LAND
Origin: UK
Applications: infrared temperature calibration, metering mechanism, non - contact calibration

The LANDCAL P1200B is a benchtop primary temperature calibration source designed to test and accurately calibrate most infrared radiation thermometers at temperatures up to 1150°C/2100°F.

The isothermal housing provides a highly stable, uniform temperature along the length of the cavity, which is also suitable for the calibration of temperature recording instruments and the calibration of thermocouples by comparison. The large diameter cone-tipped black body cavity is heated by three independently controlled electrical windings that can be adjusted to minimize the thermal gradient.

parameter

The highest temperature:1150°C/2100°F

The recommended temperature:150-1100°C/ 300-2000°F

Heating rate:Heat in 2 hours until1000°C/1850°F

The stability:The radiation temperature change over 60 minutes will be less than ±0.2°C (±0.4°F) at the calibration source control temperature.
